Wishing Merry Holidays with 祝

To wish someone something pleasant, 祝(zhù) is the verb you want to use. It means "to wish", "to express good wishes", "to pray". "祝 你" is therefore used to express good wishes in advance, to celebrate a birthday or an upcoming holiday. To express your good wishes in Chinese, simply follow this structure:
