找不着 (找不著)

zhǎo bù zháo

  1. (to be) unable to find
  2. cannot find
  3. (to be) unable to locate
  4. cannot locate

Both are extremely similar in meaning, so perhaps you're wondering which to use? In the South of China, 找不到 is more common, whereas speakers in the North tend to use 找不着 more. So it's really a matter of preference!
